Miso Chocolate Chip Cookies
Aug. 8th, 2021 06:26 pmA few months ago, as part of Community Day, someone at the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office posted a recipe for vegan chocolate chip cookies made with miso; I printed a copy for future use. This afternoon, I mixed the ingredients according to the directions, and put the dough in the refrigerator (the instructions say to let it rest, chilled, for 12 to 24 hours). Tomorrow, I plan to bake the cookies, and see how they turn out.
