Today was a hot, humid day, with intervals of rain. It wasn’t very pleasant to be outside, but there were flowers to be seen, marigolds, for example, and there are a number of crepe myrtle trees in full bloom, with masses of red or pink flowers.

There are colorful flowers on some of the trees, I think crepe myrtles, in a variety of shades. There are also daisies and other non-arboreal flowers lower down.

And now to bed.
