Parsnip and Cranberries
Nov. 22nd, 2019 10:55 pmOn Tuesday, I made a dish of parsnip and carrots simmered in spiced water/cider mixture, and it was good. I made felafel from a package that evening, as the rest of the main course of dinner.
I also bought cranberries at the supermarket last weekend, and made cranberry relish, some of which I ate with split pea curry Wednesday and Thursday. At some point, I plan to get more cranberries and make a cranberry-orange relish.

Date: 2022-10-18 02:09 am (UTC)I just bought some cloves not too long ago. I have a spice grinder somewhere, and my hope is that I open it and use it to grind a chai spice mix for beverages. Which is primarily why I bought the cloves (I think) (a lot of these spices are so healing) ☺️
