ndrosenI got one new amendment this week, and didn’t post any Office Actions on amendments, so I’m up to two cases on my Amended docket, and one on my Special Amended docket. There is a reason for this; the Patent Office has had some computer software problems the later part of this week. I have done some work on Office Actions in response to both amendments, but I can’t finish and post them for now.
I did post an Office Action on my oldest Regular New case earlier this week, and I’ve done some searching on another Regular New case, and started writing in a Word document; I hope to copy this into the proper form in OC when OC is fully functional.
They are giving us some accommodation, and extending the deadline to post for the biweek until Wednesdayinstead of Monday.
