The Red Queen’s Race, and National Anthem
Jul. 13th, 2018 11:31 pmI didn’t get any amendments this week, and I didn’t work on any, so I’m still at zero amendments of any kind.
I finished my oldest non-RCE Regular New case, although on Tuesday, not before 3:00 PM Monday. I then worked on my one Request for Continued Examination case, and telephoned the patent attorney about it; I’m waiting for final authorization to make a few changes by Examiner’s Amendment, and allow the case (I hope). Meanwhile, I’ve been working on my next non-RCE Regular New case.
The Commerce Department held a contest to sing “The Star-Spangled Banner” at a Washington Nationals baseball game, and it was one by three ladies from the Patent and Trademark Office; you can hear them at https://youtu.be/qhkNxVHU3os.
