ndrosenThis week, I got one regular amendment on my Amended docket, and two items appeared on my Expedited docket, one of them being an After Final amendment, and the other a Printer’s Rush requiring me to make one small correction in an allowed case. I dealt with the two Expedited cases, and I did an Office Action on an older amendment on my Amended docket, so now I’m at one Amended case, just the way I was a week ago.
I also did a first action rejection on my oldest Request for Continued Examination case, and I have made major progress on my other RCE case; I have written the rejections, but I still need to respond to the applicant’s arguments, and finish the associated forms.
One more week left in the quarter. I’m going to be busy.
