ndrosenI got one regular amendment this week, which appeared on my Amended docket, and one After Final amendment, which went to my Expedited docket. I dealt with the Expedited case, and did an Office Action on the regular Amended case which I already had, so I’m back to one regular amendment, just as I had at the end of last week.
This is the end of the workweek for me, since I’m going to New York City tomorrow for the Schalkenbach Foundation Board meeting, and I have set my alarm for 5:40 AM, so I can pack and catch the train. I stayed at the Patent Office until 9:00 PM this evening to finish an Office Action on my oldest Request for Continued Examination case.
Lazy, underworked federal bureaucrats may exist, but they’d have trouble lasting long as primary examiners at the Patent Office.
