I did not get any new amendments this week, and did not write Office Actions on any amendments. However, the case that was on my Special Amended docket is there no more; it was a Board of Appeals decision affirming rejection of the application, and I expected it to go abandoned, but instead the applicant Amended the claims and filed a Request for Continued Examination. So I’m now down to one Amended case.

I did a notice of abandonment on one of my rejected cases, and I finally finished a first action rejection on my oldest non-RCE Regular New case; the rejection came to nearly fourteen thousand words. Also, I’ve started updating my search on my one current amendment.
