ndrosenWhen I left the office on Thursday, I had a Special Amended case (an affirmance from the Board of Appeals), and that was all. I had finished an Examiner’s Answer on my Appeal Brief, and dealt with three ordinary amendments, so I had cleared my Amended docket to zero.
When I came in Friday morning, I had a new amendment on my Amended docket. Later in the day, I acquired an After Final amendment in my Expedited docket. So I’m now at one Amended case, one Special Amended, and one Expedited. Also, I’ve been searching the prior art for my oldest Regular New application.
