Last night, I went half a block south, and viewed several cherry trees by the light of streetlights. (In Japan, I understand that it is traditional to view gardens by moonlight.) There were plenty of blossoms to be viewed, and I returned this afternoon to view them by day. We're now getting some snow, so the cherry blossoms may soon be damaged if not all gone.
