Opposing a Bad Bill

I have written to my Congressman, urging him to oppose H.R. 1865, which purports to be anti-sex trafficking. Actually, from what I've read it would impose criminal and civil liability on online platforms, even if the people running the platforms did not know about the "sex trafficking" (which could include ordinary, voluntary prostitution, as well as people actually being held in slavery). I pointed out to my Congressman, a Democrat, that the Trump/Sessions Justice Department should not be given a stick to beat any online platform that may offend the Narcissistic Personality Disorder Poster Boy.
My friends, you may wish to contact your own Congressmen.
Speaking of which, I may not agree with Doug Jones, but I am glad that Roy Moore will not pollute the United States Senate by his presence.
