One Ph.D to Another

A few days ago, I received a mailing from the Heritage Foundation, asking me to donate to them, and to sign a petition urging my Congressman to cooperate with President Trump's agenda. I tore up the petition before putting it in a recycling bin, but since the letter came with a postage paid envelope, I penned a reply on some nearly blank space near the top of the letter. The letter began "Dear Conservative Patriot," and was signed "Edwin J. Feulner, Ph.D." -- he's the president of the Heritage Foundation.
My answer was:
"Dear Dr. Feulner,
"I consider myself a patriot, and some of my views can be called conservative, but I am not a Trump suck-up. If your once respectable foundation has sunk to this, then it can degrade itself without my financial assistance.
"Sincerely Yours,
"Nicholas Rosen, Ph.D"
