Grape Incident

In the supermarket a few days ago, I saw a woman wearing a headscarf and stuff. She had a package of grapes, and there were individual grapes in little plastic cups, set out as free samples. She told me that she was fasting, and asked me to try a grape for her, so I took one of the sample grapes. It bothered me a trifle that my hands weren't washed, but I tried to pick up one end of the grape and bite off the other; anyway, a few germs probably wouldn't make any big difference. I assured her that the grape, while not the best I had ever tasted, was okay, and she thanked me and proceeded to put the bag of grapes in her shopping cart for purchase.
