ndrosenGeorge F. Will's latest column is datelined "ARLINGTON, VA." and the first sentence is, "The breakfasters at Bob and Edith's Diner are to preoccupied with their tasty bacon and eggs to notice the Democratic gubernatorial candidate."
Bob and Edith's Diner is a local institution a few blocks from my apartment. I've never eaten there, but if I had known that a leading columnist and a politician would be there, I might have gone and had a cup of coffee.
