A few weeks ago, legal blogger and law professor Ilya Somin wrote Caleb Nelson’s critique of the theory of the unitary executive, and included some criticisms that he himself had made earlier. See, believing that the words of the Constitution have meaning, and are not infinitely flexible, doesn’t always make you conservative, still less a MAGAT.

Also, a Texas court blocked the execution of Robert Roberson, who has spent years on death row based on junk science (“shaken baby syndrome”) and prejudice against oddballs on the autism spectrum.
