ndrosenThis past week, I got one ordinary amendment, which is now on my Amendments docket, giving me one amendment. An After Final amendment also showed up on my Expedited docket, but I dealt with it tous de suite, and am now back to zero Expedited cases.
I finished a first action on my one Special New case, and now have nothing on my Special New docket. Someone filed a Request for Continued Examination case, so I had both that and an oldest non-RCE application on my Regular New docket. I finished and posted an Office Action on the RCE case, so now I’m working on the non-RCE oldest Regular New application, which I hope to finish by the end of September 30th, which is the last day of the Fiscal Year.
