ndrosenNo amendments this week, so I finished a first Office Action on a case from my Regular New docket, and then started another Regular New case.
I’ve done two Office Actions during the first biweek of the second quarter. Things could be worse, but I still need to get production up for the quarter. Fortunately — maybe — there is a case which I rejected a little more than six months ago, with no response showing up. If no amendment appears, I’ll call the attorney in a week or so, hoping to confirm that it’s been allowed to go abandoned. An abandonment will help me look more productive.
