ndrosenThis week, one amendment appeared on my Expedited docket; the applicant just wanted to correct one misspelling in a set of patent claims that I had allowed, so I approved that. There is nothing on my Amended docket.
This week, I also finished an Office Action on a Regular New case, and I finished and posted an Office Action on a case that had showed up on my Special New docket. I had in fact done most of the work earlier, but the case had not been in a status enabling me to post it; now that’s taken care of.
There are ten days left in the Fiscal Year, and I am going to have to be productive, probably by finishing an Office Action on the Regular New case which I am now working on, and then doing the same with another Regular New. Wish me luck.
