ndrosenSpecial end of the quarter edition. I received an amendment on my Expedited docket this past week, and worked on it, churning out an Office Action, so I now have nothing on my Expedited docket, and the same two cases as a week ago on my Amended docket.
I also finished a first action on a Regular New case, but not on Friday. I worked on it Saturday, the last day of the third quarter, from late morning throughout a long afternoon, and was finally able to finish and post the Office Action. That brings my production for the quarter up to an adequate, although not commendable level. Now, I can start worrying about production for the final quarter of FY 2024.
