The other day, I received a mailing from the Heritage Foundation, with a “survey” of loaded questions and a request to donate. The mailing contained criticism of the Democrats’ free-spending ways and expansion of government, with which I agreed, but it also praised Trump’s tax cut, and neglected to mention that the Trump Administration failed to restrain spending, replace Obamacare, or address the looming insolvency of Medicare and then Socialist Insecurity, or that Trump added enormously to the national debt.

I considered returning the postage-paid envelope with a piece of my mind, but contented myself with tearing up the mailing, and putting it a recycled paper bin.
