ndrosenI received a QPIDS case in my Expedited docket this past week; that means an allowed application in which the applicant was making additional prior art of record for the examiner to consider. I dealt with that, so I finished the week with nothing on my Amended or Expedited dockets.
I also finished a first action on a Regular New application, and then I did some work on another Regular New application, but without writing anything.
Oh, there was a thunderstorm this afternoon, knocking out the power in my apartment, so I had no electricity from around 2:00 PM until maybe 10:00 PM, and ate a cold supper in the dark. This delayed me in posting what I might otherwise have posted earlier.
