ndrosenToday marks the end of the first quarter. I took annual leave for Friday morning, because the exterminator was coming, and I had to disassemble my kitchen. The exterminator came as I was finishing up, sprayed, and told me not to put things back in the cabinets for a day. I went off to the Patent Office, worked, ate lunch, worked some more, went to Namaste Jalsa to eat dinner (vegetable pakora, dal tadka, rice, and a glass of mango juice), went back, and worked some more. It was well past eleven when I finished, and I wasn’t sure about the trains and buses, so I called a cab, and went home that way.
But what did I do this week? I finished an Office Action on one of my two amendments, so I’m down to two amendments on my Amended docket. I got two problem cases on my Expedited docket, and they are still there. And, late on Friday, I finished an Office Action on my oldest Regular New case, which was enough to make my production for the quarter just adequate. By the time I finished that, I was tired and could not brain, so my Expedited cases went undone; I still have both of them there, although I will try to take action on them. After getting home, and transferring some items from my bed back to the kitchen, I slept. I didn’t get out of bed until the afternoon today.
On to the next quarter.
