Chocolate Mousse

ndrosenMonday evening, I made a recipe supposed to be for vegan chocolate mousse. It tasted okay, but it could be more accurately described as chocolate soup. The recipe did say that it should be well chilled, so on Tuesday, I put a small bowl of it into the freezer before dinner (it made four servings, so I have about two left). After dinner, I removed the bowl, and found that I had cold chocolate soup with a layer of chocolate ice cream on top; this was edible, and perhaps an improvement on Monday’s dessert, but not exactly mousse.
I’m awake after a major nap, and will get to bed soon.
