ndrosenThis week, I got one new amendment, and finished an Office Action on the amendment I had before, so I’m back to one amendment on my Amended docket, and one affirmance from the Board of Appeals on my Expedited docket.
Back on Saturday, I finished an Office Action on what was then my oldest Regular New application in time to post it for last biweek. Then, with the current biweek, I had a new oldest Regular New non-RCE application and a new oldest Request for Continued Examination application on my Regular New docket. I finished an Office Action on the RCE case Monday, and have started searching the prior art for my oldest non-RCE Regular New.
There are just four weeks left in the Fiscal Year.
