This week, I got a Printer’s Rush in my Expedited docket, and an amendment in my Amended docket. I dealt with the Expedited case by making minor corrections to my work on an allowed application. I haven’t done much with the amendment, which, as it happens, is a response, not to a first action rejection of my own, but to one written by an examiner who is no longer at the Patent Office. So I currently have one amendment on my Amended docket, and one Board of Appeals decision on my Expedited docket.

An attorney filed the necessary documents, and I was able to proceed with allowing the oldest Request for Continued Examination case on my Regular New docket; I have been working on my oldest non-RCE Regular New application.
