ndrosenI didn’t get any amendments this week, so I have, as before, one application on my Expedited docket, in this case a Board of Appeals decision affirming my rejections.
Earlier this week, I finished an Office Action on a non-RCE Regular New case, and posted that. After that, I worked on the two Request for Continued Examination cases on my Regular New docket. I should be able to complete one of them next week, as soon as the patent attorney submits a document, and the Patent Office processes it. I should have finished the other one today, except that there was a problem with a computer tool at the Patent Office. I hope that that’s fixed Saturday before 3:00 PM, so I can get it counted for the current biweek; if not, it will be counted for next biweek.
