ndrosenNo amendments, strictly speaking, appeared this week, so I have, as I did a week ago, one affirmance from the Board of Appeals in paused status on my Expedited docket. I did get two Request for Continued Examination cases on my Regular New docket this week, one of them being a continuation of a rejected application, and now my oldest RCE case. The other is a request for me to consider more prior art in an allowed case. I should there have stuff to keep me busy next week.
Meanwhile, I finished an Office Action on a Regular New case back on Monday. Then I completed an Office Action on my oldest non-RCE Regular New application. After that, I’ve been working on another non-RCE Regular New case, which I may be able to finish Monday.
