This week, I received another case in my Expedited docket, about additional documents which the applicant wanted me to consider in an allowed application. I was able to deal with that, and also do an Office Action on the amendment which was already on my Expedited docket, so I went from one Expedited case, to two, to zero.

I still have two other amendments on my Amended docket; I have spoken with the patent attorney about one of them, so if his client agrees with my proposals, I may be able to allow the case. Finishing work on the other amendment awaits some internal processing at the Patent Office.

Finally, I have been working on my oldest Regular New application.
