Cookies and Pesto

I made chocolate chip cookie dough this afternoon, and it is now resting in the refrigerator, to be baked tomorrow. I made pesto for dinner tonight, enjoyed half of that, and then put the rest of the batch in the refrigerator for tomorrow’s dinner.

I’m planning a post about grimmer matters, but at least there are innocent pleasures in life.
