Sweet and Sour Tempeh
May. 23rd, 2022 12:10 amI had sweet and sour tempeh for dinner, something which I hadn’t made in a while. I sautéed half an onion, a carrot, part of a poblano pepper and of a bell pepper, garlic, and the tempeh; I also included black pepper, turmeric, and ginger, and a can of crushed pineapple. I forgot about the kale which I intended to include, but tomorrow, when I reheat the half I didn’t eat, I will steam the kale, and get some cruciferous goodness with the other ingredients. I served the tempeh mixture over brown rice.
