ndrosenThis week, I got one new amendment on my Amended docket, and completed Office Actions on my two existing amendments, and then on the new one, so I’m now at zero amendments.
I also completed and posted an Office Action on the one Request for Continued Examination case on my Regular New docket. I ended the biweek with 100% of production, meaning that the value of the various Office Actions precisely matches the number of hours of examining I put in. I’m not at 95% (adequate), nor at 99.8%, or 103.62%, but at 100%, right on the dot.
