Cookie Dough

There is vegan chocolate chip cookie dough resting in the refrigerator; I plan to bake it tomorrow. I had a good dinner of pasta with tomato sauce (including vegetables and Tofurkey sausage), and tomorrow I will get back to work. Meanwhile, I need to do the laundry.
