ndrosenThis week, I got three amendments on my Amended docket, and completed an Office Action on the single amendment I had had previously, so I’m now at three amendments.
I have two oldest Regular New amendments this biweek, one genuinely new, and one a Request for Continued Examination case. I worked on the RCE, and left a voicemail for the patent attorney, hoping we could work out the remaining problems. While waiting to hear back, I have been working on the other oldest Regular New case.
