ndrosenThis week, I received one amendment on my Expedited docket, and wrote an Office Action in response to that, so I’m back at one amendment on my Amended docket; that’s getting a bit old, while I wait for the attorney to file the supplemental he spoke of some weeks ago.
Early this week, I finished an Office Action on a case I started last week, expecting it to become my oldest non-RCE Regular New this week. It turned out not to be, but at least I got credit for a first action rejection on it. I had a Request for Continued Examination case, which was one of the twin oldest Regular New cases this biweek, and I completed an action on that. Then I turned to my oldest non-RCE Regular New case, and have been working on that.
