New Stereo

The new CD and cassette-playing stereo I ordered has arrived, and largely does not work, except that I can listen to the radio. The CD player cannot read my CD’s, and I tried several, so it isn’t a matter of something being wrong with a particular CD. The cassette player almost works; the rewind, fast forward, and stop/eject buttons work fine, but the “play” button won’t stay down, so I can listen to music from a cassette while, and only while, I hold the play button down myself.

I’m going to see about getting a refund or replacement.
