ndrosenThis week, I got one After Final amendment on my Expedited docket, and did an Office Action in response, so I have the same three amendments on my Amended Docket as last week.
I have been working on my oldest Regular New case, and have written almost six thousand words today, in addition to the writing and other work I put in earlier. They do give me extra time to deal with a case like this, with a large number of claims, and ten or more pages just listing the Information Disclosure Statement documents I am to consider, but it isn’t enough extra time.
