I remember thinking well of Judicial Watch when it was investigating Clinton Administration sleaze. Either its goals have changed, or its real purpose was always partisan warfare, rather than cleaner government. I recently received a mailing from the organization, asking me to become a member and contribute financially, since they are “hard at work investigating Biden family corruption, exposing Deep State conspiracies to destroy the Trump presidency, challenging illegal sanctuary policies and fighting for honest elections.” There was nothing about exposing Trump corruption, or exposing Republican conspiracies to destroy constitutional government; furthermore, the mailing included quotes praising Judicial Watch from such creatures as DJT himself, Congressmen Devin Nunes and Jim Jordan, Rush Limbaugh, Lou Dobbs, and Laura Ingraham.
