ndrosenThis week, one new amendment showed up on my Amended docket, so I’m up to one amendment.
I finished an Office Action on the single Request for Continued Examination case on my Regular New docket, and have been working on the oldest non-RCE case on my Regular New docket, but have not finished it.
I also held an interview with a patent attorney, at his request, in which he authorized me to cancel one set of claims by Examiner’s Amendment, and allow the other set, which I had found allowable. I updated my searches, did the paperwork, and did this.
One more week remains in the first quarter of FY 2121, and I think I can make adequate production for the quarter.
