ndrosenThis week, I got four regular amendments on my Amended docket, and one post-allowance amendment making slight corrections on my Expedited docket. I dealt with the Expedited amendment, and finished an Office Action on one of my existing amendments, so I’m now at five amendments on my Amended docket, and one Board of Appeals affirmance on my Expedited docket (in Paused status).
I also worked on one of my other amendments, and left a voicemail message for the patent attorney; I hope that he and I can move forward on this next week. Furthermore, I finished Office Actions on my oldest non-RCE Regular New case, and on my one Request for Continued Examination case (which was on my Regular New docket).
