ndrosenThis week, I got two new ordinary amendments, showing up on my regular Amended docket, and one After Final amendment, which appeared on my Expedited docket. On Monday, I dealt with the two Expedited amendments that I already had; later in the week, when I got the After Final, I dealt with that. I also heard back from an attorney, who had finally heard back from his client, and so I was able to make necessary changes to the claims in my oldest regular Amended case, and allow that. Altogether, that means I'm down to three regular Amended cases, and no Expediteds.
I finished the Special New case I had been working on, and got it out well before 3:00 PM on Monday, so it was counted for the previous biweek and the previous quarter. Then I dealt with a Request for Continued Examination case, and did a new rejection of that. I have also made progress searching the prior art for my oldest non-RCE Regular New case.
My production for the first quarter of FY 2017 was enough to keep me out of serious trouble, but not good. I am resolved to get my production up for this quarter.
