Eggplant Dish

ndrosenYesterday evening, I made an eggplant dish which I had learned about from an Slate Friday; it involves eggplant, chickpeas, tomatoes, kale, onion, garlic, cumin, harissa, and a little lemon juice, as well as a fair amount of olive oil. I have enjoyed it for dinner yesterday and today, and I look forward to finishing it tomorrow.
