Supposed Xfinity Promotion

A few days ago, I got a phone call with a recorded voice saying that Xfinity/Comcast was offering a promotion, and I should press one or two to hear more or speak with a customer service representative. I had received calls like this before, and answered at least once. I thought it was a scam. This time, I pressed a button, and got connected to someone. I asked how I could be sure that this was a genuine offer, or a scam to steal money or obtain private information from me.

The line went dead, confirming that these calls are not really from Xfinity.

The Red Queen’s Race

This past week, I got one more amendment on my Amended docket, and an After Final amendment on my Expedited docket. I worked on the latter, called the patent attorney to discuss further amending it, and am waiting for him to hear back from his client. So I’m currently at two amendments on my Amended docket and on on my Expedited docket.

I’ve been working on my oldest Regular New application.
