The Red Queen’s Race

I got one amendment on my Amended docket this week, and one on my Expedited docket. I dealt with case that was already on my Expedited docket, and then with the new one (in fact, they were the same application, but there was another 312 amendment for me to consider). I also did Office Actions on three ordinary amended cases on my Amended docket. One of the three Board decisions on my Special Amended docket has now moved to my Regular New docket as RCE; after my rejection was affirmed by Board of Appeals, the applicant Amended the claims, and filed a Request for Continued Examination. So I’m now down to four amendments, two on my Amended docket and two on my Special Amended.

I also finished a first action rejection on a Regular New case on Monday before 3:00 PM, so that counts for last Fiscal Year.
