Water Shutoff

The water in my apartment was shut off from about 10:00 AM until about 4:00 PM, as had been announced in advance. Normally, I would be at the office when this kind of thing was done, but as a teleworker, I filled a couple of glasses with water, did the same with a plastic container, and put a bottle of water in the refrigerator. I still couldn’t brush my teeth or rinse the plate and silverware after lunch until much later.
