ndrosenI got one more amendment, and didn’t finish Office Actions on any, this week, so I’m up to seven amendments, all on my Amended docket.
I did work on my oldest amendment, and left two voicemail messages for the patent attorney. Either she’ll call me back early next week, and we may be able to agree on changes to make the case allowable, or I will proceed with a final rejection.
I have also been working on my oldest Regular New case, searching the prior art and writing an Office Action.
