Tax Returns

I have filed my federal and Virginia income tax returns, and hope to receive refunds from both taxing authorities. That’s something accomplished.

And now, I need to do my laundry.

If you're receiving reluctant returns of extortionate over-payments, do you need to change your withholding?

Well, I get the money back, and at current interest rates, what does it matter? It may even qualify as patriotic to make a no-interest loan to the government, but with the current government, that is debatable.

I have far better uses for my money. You could invest it, or plan fun trips to meet up with listies. Just for starters.
