No new amendments arrived this week, and I didn’t do any Office Actions on amendments, so I’m still at three amendments on my Amended docket, and one affirmance from the Board of Appeals on my Special Amended docket. I have been working on one of the amendments, and the Board decision is now over two months old, so I should soon be able to call the attorney, presumably confirm that the applicant is not taking it to the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, and declare it abandoned.

I did a first action on my oldest Regular New case, but it got messy, and used up most of the week.
