ndrosenI got three new amendments on my Amended docket, and finished an Office Action on the one I already had, so I’m now at four amendments: three actual amendments on my Amended docket, and one Board of Appeals decision on my Special Amended docket.
I basically finished an action on a new case before 3:00 PM on Monday, but due to computer problems, I was not able to post it for credit until several days later. I have now started work on my oldest Regular New application, and there is also a Special New I hope to complete by the end of next week.
On Thursday, the supervisors of three related Art Units (or maybe two Art Units with one of them having two Supervisory Patent Examiners and a double set of examiners) took the examiners out to lunch at a restaurant in Old Town Alexandria, so that was a break from routine.
