I got one actual amendment on my Amended docket, and I did an Office Action on it. I also got a Board of Appeals decision affirming my rejections on my Special Amended docket, and it can be expected to stay there for the next two months or so, unless the applicant takes some action sooner, so I’m at one Special Amended case.

I had a Request for Continued Examination case on my Regular New docket, and did an Office Action on that. I have made some progress on my oldest non-RCE Regular New, and will continue working on that.
