ndrosenThis is the end of my workweek, since I’m going to the dentist on Friday for my next round of gum surgery.
I didn’t get any amendments this week, and an attorney called to let me know that no further response had been filed after the Board affirmed my rejections back in September, enabling me to do a Notice of Abandonment, and get the Board decision off my Special Amended docket, so I now have no amendments of any kind on my Amended, Special Amended or Expedited dockets.
I worked late this evening to finish a first Office Action on my oldest Regular New application, so that’s taken care of.
